Cipango, is part of the Shōchū category.
Cipango is made with our finest wheat distillate and sake kasu, the latter sourced from Japan.

To obtain the maximum aromatic load, the distillation process takes place under the classic evaporation temperature, greatly lengthening the extraction times, but which allow an even more exceptional characterization of the aromatic profile.
